Units
- Model calls and PRO expert work are billed by token usage
- Points conversion: 1 point = ¥0.01
- Plan points are granted monthly; top-up packs are purchased on demand

Usage and charges
- Conversations, prototypes, and file output consume points
- PRO expert work is billed by actual token usage, with no upfront quote
- Insufficient balance prompts a top-up or plan upgrade
Refunds and issues
- Consumed points and active subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law
- Report billing issues within 30 days through the feedback entry
